Strength exercise is not just for those intent on getting the perfect beach body (although not a crime if one develops as a result of your efforts!). Strength exercises helps with burning fat, strengthening your inner core muscles, reducing your stress levels while you work out and of course getting better rest.

Sleep always improves when the body has had time to exercise and move some of its muscles so often stagnating in our current work lives. Strength exercises help alleviate that tension and in so doing also relieve the pressures of the day too.

There are a number of ways to build strength from getting a pull-up bar fitted in your home to a full out gym workout. It doesn’t matter what you do, whether you are doing a few push-ups in the bedroom or dragging a tyre up a hill the point is getting some strength training in your week.

Feel stronger and better able to handle the days ahead and have something to look forward to when you need it most.
